Please read these terms and Conditions carefully before using the Ghadaq application, as your use of the application means your full agreement to all the following terms:
1. Definition of the application
Ghadaq application is an electronic platform that allows users to donate water and meals for the benefit of mosques in various regions of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Terms of use
- The user must be over the age of 18 or have the consent of a guardian..
- Accurate and correct information must be provided when registering.
- It is forbidden to use the application for any purposes contrary to Islamic laws or Sharia.
3. Donations and payment
- All donations made through the application go directly to the approved entities/mosques in cooperation with the ghadak team.
- Payment is made via secure and certified electronic payment gateways.
- Donations cannot be refunded after the completion of the operation, except in special cases when the service is delayed or not performed.
4. Delivery policy
- Water and meals are delivered to the selected mosques within a period of time determined by the system based on the location and resource.
- In the event of a delay, the user is notified via the application.
5. Property rights
- All rights to the design, content, and software are reserved for the Ghadaq app and no part of it may be copied or used without official permission.
6. Disclaimer of liability
- The application acts as an intermediary between the user and the supplier/implementing entity, and does not bear responsibility in the event of a malfunction beyond his control, and complaints are dealt with transparently.
7. Modifications
- Ghadaq management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and users are notified of changes through the application.
